Natalie draws on vast career experience to support and challenge her corporate clients. They appreciate receiving different perspective, thought-provoking questions, and having an environment to facilitate change. Natalie has worked in 16 different countries speaking English and Spanish. For the last 19 years, she has worked mainly in manufacturing and construction sectors. Her coaching and consulting engagements have spanned global executive coaching, strategic planning, executive presence and presentation skills, team integration, process improvement, leadership transitions and organizational development. Natalie spent over 20 years in the automotive industry in the US and Mexico. During her tenure there, she held various managerial positions; developed and led product design teams and engineering organizations; started manufacturing facilities in Mexico; led merger and acquisition activities; and functioned as an internal consultant supporting the organization in continuous improvement initiatives, team-building sessions, and providing customized facilitation. Natalie has Lean expertise and is the lead author of Lean for Dummies, Wiley 2007/2012. Natalie earned a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Michigan, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton, and is a graduate of Coach University and Corporate Coach University. Natalie is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through The International Coach Federation and a Certified Global Coach. She is also an Accredited Team Coach Practitioner through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
