A civil engineering graduate of Michigan Technological University (MTU), Panduren began working for ROWE in 1994. She has spent her career working with municipalities assisting them in completing a wide variety of infrastructure projects, including utility, road and non-motorized system improvements. In 2010, Panduren was named a principal of the firm and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2012. In January 2014 she was named President and in January 2016 became ROWE’s CEO. In 2019, she also assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. She maintains her professional engineering license in the states of Michigan, Ohio, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina. Panduren has actively promoted excellence and education in the field of engineering for many years through her work with the National Society of Professional Engineers at the local, state and national level as well as her work with the National Institute for the Certification in Engineering Technologies, and Michigan Technological University advisory boards. She maintains a focus on encouraging the next generation of engineers and increasing diversity in the field. She also contributes to her community by serving in a variety of roles on several non-profit and foundation boards.
